AVOID ILLEGAL AIR CHARTER
One of the missions of the FAA is to make the flying public aware of uncertified air charter also described as illegal charter which is prevalent. In order to legally charter an aircraft the company and pilots must be properly certified by the FAA and hold the proper air carrier certificate. NATA, the "National Air Transportation Association" has worked with the FAA and others to promote air safety fro the chartering public. Above is the link that provides more information.
